The live vehicle location will display on maps. Users will be able to create unlimited accounts on the dashboard to access all the information. Accuracy of the vehicle will vary with a 5-meter radius. There are several map types in the dashboard which can be selected based on your preference. The dashboard can be viewed across devices on PCs (using the dashboard link), in tabs & phones through the XGPS monitor app (available in Google play store & Apple app store).

You will also able to view 6 months of history tracking details through the dashboard.

Instant speed, excessive idling, ignition on/off, geofence enter and exit alerts are pushing through SMS, email, and push notifications.

You will be able to plan a particular geographic area (location, route, area) or task for a particular vehicle and you can track the entry, exit, and other movements of that particular plan or task with geofencing. This option allows planning a route with entry points, exit points, number of stops, time spent on each stop, door opening time of each stop, etc. Further route alerts can be push to the drivers through the app.

The vehicle speed, fuel level, geofencing*, stop and idle time, the current temperature inside the load body can be traced. Also, the dashboard is able to provide the Google street view and live traffic update of the area.

Tasks such as vehicle servicing time (based on the number of km or working hours), oil change intervals can be pre-scheduled and can set reminders. Alerts and reminders of the next service, maintenance schedule will be sent to the relevant users.

You will be able to retrieve the past service and maintenance records and this will add ease your job by eliminating manual record-keeping on maintaining files for service and maintenance history.
